Raipur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) was founded in 2012. Located in the center of Raipur City, RIMS aims for “Health for All” by providing accessible healthcare and medical education to everyone. In just a few years, it has become a leading hospital and medical college in Chhattisgarh.
RIMS is overseen by the Lord Buddha Education Society. Its MBBS course is linked to the Ayush and Health Sciences University, Raipur. On July 14, 2010, the Government of Chhattisgarh gave the Lord Buddha Education Society the Essentiality Certificate (Serial No. 17-36/2010/IX/55) to start a hospital and medical college.
Currently, RIMS operates a 410-bed hospital and a medical college offering 150 MBBS seats. Equipped with modern medical tools, updated ICUs, CCUs, OTs, labs, and a well-trained medical team, we create a suitable atmosphere needed for a high-standard medical institution. Through the latest technology, we are dedicated to offering affordable healthcare and medical education.
